Diane Harlowe, M.S., OTR, FAOTA

 

 

Ms. Harlowe teaches in the Occupational Therapy Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. As the co-founder with Tricia Yu of the ROM Dance Program, Diane produced a series of video and audio tapes, and co-authored efficacy studies

For over 18 years, Diane served as the Director of Occupational Therapy and Speech Services at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. She has also provided home health O.T., and served clients with developmental disabilities and mental health concerns. Throughout her career, Diane has spearheaded a wide variety of grants, research projects, and innovative intervention programs. She authored a chapter on prevention for an O.T. textbook, and co-authored a series of seven studies on the validity of a CVA evaluation. She has also co-authored studies on body image and self care skills of elderly patients. Diane is a Fellow of the American Occupational Therapy Association, and received her MS in O.T. from Columbia University, NY. Contact Information
