Tai Chi Health Programs
The following materials were created by Tricia Yu, MA, based on three decades of teaching traditional Yang Style tai chi. In all her materials, she emphasizes health of body, mind, and spirit.
Some of the programs, such as the ROM Dance and Tai Chi Fundamentals, are a collaboration with occupational and physical therapists designed to connect eastern mind/body principles and the western medical model. In addition to videos, DVDs, and books, we also offer audio cassettes for guided relaxation and CDs of music composed and performed by Tricia.
